This friendly and informative introduction has been designed for anyone curious about polyamory and ethical non-monogamy for whatever reason – personal, educational or professional.

We’ll start by breaking down the basics, explaining key terms along with the various styles of ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, so you get a thorough overview of the topic.

The second part of the session will take the form of an in-depth Q&A, so you have an opportunity to ask an experienced and enthusiastic polyamorist your burning questions!

Why do people choose to be polyamorous? How do we manage jealousy? What are the biggest challenges? How do we know if we're really cut out for it? And is it really worth all the extra time, effort and angst?
