Welcome to East Tennessee Tai Chi Gung. We love to practice outdoors in the beauty of nature, weather permitting, to take in more life force, known as Chi or Qi. Beginners are welcome. Learn the simple moving & breathing exercises kept intact in an unbroken lineage from the Tai Chi Gung Lamasery near Darchen, Tibet for over 3,300 years. Join us to begin taking simple steps toward Vitality, more Optimal Health, Regeneration, & Longevity. Let's take the steps toward a long and enduring health-span. Life is meant to feel good!
