I started this group during a season of rebuilding my own life. After 17 years of marriage, I found myself on my own — and lifting became one of the most empowering tools that helped me find strength again.
This is a women-only group focused on learning the basics of strength training in a supportive, no-judgment environment. If the gym feels intimidating or you’re not sure where to start, this is for you.
We’ll cover foundational lifts, proper form, and how to move safely so you can walk into any gym feeling confident and capable!
Each session is 1 hour and will cover a few basic lifts. Wear comfortable clothes and bring some water!
