This online peer led support group is for individuals with ADHD and/or ASD who are looking to connect with others, share resources, and build a supportive community. Whether you are navigating adult life with ADHD, high functioning ASD, Bipolar, OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, any any other neurodivergent diagnosis and seeking resources for managing symptoms, or hoping to meet other neurodivergent adults to take the mask off, this is the place for you.
