Joseph Huang is the founder and principal of Synergize Ventures, a real estate investment firm focused on generating capital gains, passive income, and long-term equity growth for its owners and investor-lenders. The company achieves this by acquiring and strategically leveraging undervalued real estate opportunities.

Mr. Huang and his partners have been actively acquiring and managing real estate since 2007, with a portfolio exceedingly more than half a million square feet across retail, office, multi-family, and residential properties. His primary focus is on neighborhood retail centers, particularly those anchored or shadow-anchored by grocery supermarkets. Mr. Huang launched his real estate career in the San Francisco Bay Area, building on a professional background in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.

Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA with a focus on Program and Financial Management from JFK University. He is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), bringing over 23 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
