Haley and Osazee will be sharing their expertise with house hacking—a strategy for building wealth through real estate. House hacking involves purchasing a property, living in part of it, and renting out the remaining space to help reduce living expenses and accelerate long-term financial growth.

In this session, they’ll cover a range of house hacking strategies, including renting out rooms, leveraging ADUs, and using multi-unit properties. They’ll also discuss the financial benefits of house hacking, how to get started, what to expect when living with tenants or roommates, and how to manage a property effectively.

Haley began her house hacking journey in Sacramento, where she lived in her home while renting out additional bedrooms and an ADU. She now lives in the Bay Area and continues to manage her co-living property remotely. Haley also worked as a real estate agent for five years, specializing in helping buyers find house hack opportunities. She currently focuses on referring clients to other agents.

Osazee is a Bay Area real estate agent, investor, and former bodybuilder who believes in raising the bar in real estate. He specializes in house hacking and helping buyers turn their primary residence into an income-producing asset through ADUs, multi-unit properties, and smart financing. Osazee’s goal is simple: to help people live in the Bay Area while having their property work for them instead of against them.
