ASHBURNHAM - a day out
Details
In the summer of 2013, The Orangery was established, serving the highest quality teas and coffees alongside fresh, locally sourced food. The spectacular Orangery, designed in 1777 by Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown, houses delicate plants of many kinds, including one of the oldest camellias in the country. The Orangery is open to the public.
The grounds of Ashburnham Place provide a beautiful walk. We can have a light lunch at The Orangery after a walk around the grounds. See https://www.ashburnham.org.uk
As always perhaps people could offer lifts - I can take 3 people in my car. Please post below if you can offer or need a lift.
