Friday Walk - East Dean, Birling Gap circular 5.5 miles

Diana is leading this walk and her description is as follows:

A 5.5 mile circular walk starting from East Dean, via Crowlink and three of the Seven Sisters; total ascent 720ft. We'll be taking our break at Birling Gap, which hopefully will be a little quieter than earlier in the summer, but please bring any drinks and snacks you require for the walk. Loos available at the start at the Hikers Rest café and at Birling Gap.
Please be booted and ready to leave for 10.30am prompt, or earlier if all arrived.
Well behaved dogs welcome, but on a lead please near livestock.
