Terms of Membership

1. All members must have a photo of themselves on their account.
2. When you first join the group, you should make your first visit within 2 months. If you don’t, we assume our events are not for you and may remove you from the group.
3. You are welcome to attend an event free for the first time. On attendance at a second event we will ask you to pay a yearly subscription of £6 towards our Meetup subscription.
4. If you have put yourself down for an event and then cannot attend, we would expect at least 24 hours notice of this. Anyone who does not do this for three or more times (or less if we have a waitlist) will be marked as a no-show and may be removed from the group.
5. We would expect our members to act in a respectful manner to all they come into contact with when attending our events. Including other members and also staff at venues.
6. Anyone found contacting members outside the group, without prior permission, for commercial purposes or showing unwanted attention to a member, will be removed forthwith. WE ARE NOT A DATING GROUP.
7. Where there are events with limited numbers, priority will be given to members, not plus ones. A member is someone who has paid their £6.
8. We would ask that information that appears on Meetup of attendees, events, photos and any associated information are not passed on to anyone outside the group without an Organiser’s permission.

Any breaches of the above may result in removal from the group at the Organiser’s discretion.
