Eastern Camping & Social Meetup

We are a social networking and Camping group of over 50's who enjoy camping & the great outdoors. This group is known for its friendliness and inclusiveness. Our group members camp (or glamp!) in caravans, tents, vans and motor homes. We are also a dog friendly camping group.

We hold regular MEET & GREET events to get to know New Members - see calendar for location. You do not need to be Financial to attend these Meet & Greets. Most of our Social events are held in the Outer Eastern & SE Suburbs of Melbourne.

Apart from camping over the warmer months, our social activities include Pub Meals, Picnics, Brunches, Walks and Meet & Greets. It's a chance to get to know each other outside of Camping.

OUR MEETUP POLICIES.
1. Membership Fees are $15 per year to help cover the website fees to Meetup. Fee reminders will be sent out a month before Membership renewal is required.
Only Financial Members may attend a Camp.

2. By joining, you agree to treat other members with respect, tolerance and refrain from negative comments both written and verbal, intimidation, bullying, sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances. At the discretion of the Organisers, your membership will be removed immediately if this occurs.

3. If going 4WD'ing you are responsible for maintaining your vehicle to a high standard for 4WD trips and having the appropriate recovery gear. The minimum requirement for any 4WD trip is a snatch strap and a CB radio, either handheld or mounted.

4. Eastern Camping & Social Meetup will not be liable for any accidents or damage to vehicles or people during any activity or meet up. You do so at your own risk.

5. You agree to have a Profile Picture of yourself and your Profile Name to include either a Surname or Initial, so that Member Names can be distinguished amongst each other.
