I’m Andrzej Misiak, a holistic wellness coach with a deep passion for helping people improve the quality of their health. My journey has been one of self-discovery and transformation, and I’m committed to guiding others toward better health, improved movement, and a life free of pain.
From my early passion for Kung Fu and learning from the Shaolin Monks, to studying meditation and Qi Gong in China, I’ve spent my life mastering the mind-body connection. Along the way, I faced my own struggles, including overcoming alcoholism, which has given me invaluable insights into healing and transformation. These experiences fuel my passion to help others find balance and well-being.
