•Option to book a relaxing, pampering session for Sept 19th
•The Birches: 2-1/2 hrs north of Toronto
•Book by Aug 15/25 & receive a 30 mins personal coaching session
•Retreat Investment: $490+HST; after Sept 10/25 $550+HST

About the Co-Hosts:
Kathy Harris, MSW, RSW, CHTP has been a social worker in mental health and mental wellness for the past 30 years, devoting her studies to helping the healers, providing support for staff wellness and offering relaxation, reflexology and counselling for those who want to improve their health and wellbeing. Kathy enjoys being a coach and empowering those to be the best they can be.

Sandra Corrado, FIS, PTS, ZIN is a Self-Care & Resilience Coach. She helps overwhelmed women through a blend of practical self-care, nurturing wellness, and fitness practices, find strength and balance within themselves. By making their well-being a priority, she empowers them to build resilience and truly thrive in every part of life.
