Your Healing Journey with Qi Gong
Should you choose to accept it, this event is an introduction to our women's community, where we practice Qi Gong together, support each other, and bring light to each other's lives. Following this introduction, we will be holding 5-week sessions for women. This event will help you develop a 20-minute daily customized, advanced Qi Gong healing practice for women. This practice is designed to:
- Reduce the intensity of uncomfortable feelings
- Flush out negative energies
- Bring in positive energy
- Help you feel energized, relaxed, healthy, and joyful!
