Every Saturdays, start Nov 7th, 11-12:30pm
Invite young people, Hanna is less than 25, has been practicing yoga for 9 years, be inspired!
These virtual weekly classes are a blend of Vinyasa and Katonah Yoga, with some touches of breathwork and meditative moments. Be ready to move as well as slow down. Expect Taoist theory, imaginative metaphors, and lots of esoteric dialogue.
Recommended: basic yoga knowledge, 2 blocks & a blanket (big tomato cans, Harry Potter books, towels all acceptable as well).
Hanna is a New York-based yoga teacher. She has practiced yoga for almost 9 years and is trained in Vinyasa yoga & Katonah Yoga. This practice is one of her go-to tools in navigating the complicated landscape that is life. Hanna believes that through exploring the body, people can have revelatory, beautiful experiences that can spread into all the branches of their lives. She hopes you leave her classes feeling like you have a better sense of yourself in relation to the world.
