The group is for anyone 45and above looking to socialize and make new friends while enjoying dining, walks, live music, board games, and other fun activities. This group was started so like-minded people who enjoy these activities could meet and do them together. The events we have cover a wide range of activity levels so there is something for everyone.

We are open to suggestions for events, and we welcome members who want to participate in adding events to our calendar or becoming event hosts!
Out of respect for the event hosts who spend time planning and designing events and for members on the WAITLIST, please, only sign up for events after you have read the entire description about it and are pretty sure you will attend.
Members who do not participate in events and/or have a history of signing up and changing their RSVP last minute or are "no-shows" will be dropped from the group.

For those from the Vancouver BC area: Welcome to arrive in Seattle a day or more early to explore the area.
For those from the Seattle area: When we arrive in Vancouver, you can take the Amtrak train, a motorcoach, or a shuttle back to back Seattle later that afternoon. Or spend the day exploring Vancouver before heading home in the evening. Even if you've been there, there's still so much to experience.
On the cruise there are freshwater pools and hot tubs, a casino, live shows, bars, lounges, and night clubs along with unlimited delicious included meals, snacks, and room service options. Party or relax, it's all up to you! This is a fun way to meet and party with others in this and the other groups.

Bonfire & Corn Maze at the Farm

The main event is exploring the corn maze and sitting around a bonfire enjoying s'mores with friends.
Our fire time is 4:00-5:30 pm, but we plan to be there by 2:00pm Stop by earlier if you want to enjoy the attractions, explore the farm and maybe pick out your own pumpkins.
There are fun snacks and meal items, like apple cider donuts, roasted squash, corn on the cob, BBQ and more.
At 4:00pm we will sit around the fire pit, eat, roast marshmallows and make s'mores.At 5:30pm we will break into teams and explore the corn maze.
Last year it took me an hour to go through the maze!All fire pits are booked and we won't be able to change it to a later time.
They say to be there 2 hours before our bonfire time in order to explore and make our way to the firepit. If you are running late, (sometimes there is traffic getting into the farm) and you cannot get a hold of us please check in at the fire pit check in and ask for directions for the Eastside Meetup Group fire pit
The firepits are in the middle of the corn maze. However, it will not be open till 5:30pm. We can walk the exterior of the corn maze to get to the firepit and then enjoy wandering through the maze after our bonfire and smores.
No alcohol, smoking or vaping is allowed on the farm. Bring something you'd like to drink or buy something at the farm.
Dress for the weather and if it has been raining recently, it will be muddy. Prepare to walk and wear boots or other suitable footwear. It will be dark when the bonfire ends, and then we'll walk through the maze.
