I just received this health warning from the city of Bellevue. I will reschedule this event and hopefully you can all join.

Area smoke levels unhealthy for all

An air quality alert is in effect across Puget Sound at least through noon Monday, with so much wildfire smoke in the air, starting Sunday, that it is unhealthy for anyone to be outside. All people should limit their time outside, avoid intense physical activities and keep indoor air clean.

This ride is along the northern end of Lake Washington along the lesser traveled part of the Burke-Gilman Trail. It’s mostly flat, shady and has some beautiful lake and forest views. We’ll go as far as Magnason Park and then turn around. There are some fun little trailside breweries along the route if we want to stop for lunch and a brew at the end of our pedal.
