Easy Trail Stroll & Lunch— Coal Creek

Bring water, pack a lunch and join us for a peaceful walk along the scenic Lower Coal Creek Trail, nestled in the Coal Creek Natural Area. This is a fully accessible trail.

We’ll wander through lush forests with mossy trees, cross wooden bridges, and stroll beside Coal Creek’s soothing flow. Along the way, we’ll soak in history from sealed coal-mine shafts and interpretive kiosks to relics like locomotive turntable foundations. Dog friendly.

It will be a relaxed pace, perfect for catching up and enjoying nature together.
