Seattle Laughter Yoga Class with Crystal Sound Bowls in the Park!

Come for a Relaxing, Gentle Yoga class that includes Laughter exercises, breathwork and meditation. We will have a Sound bath with the Crystal Singing Bowls at the end of class. Just bring your mat and any props you like to support you. We meet at 51st Ave. South and South Ferdinand Street. See you in the Park!
