Seattle Laughter Yoga Class with Crystal Sound Bowls in the Park!

Come for a Relaxing, Gentle Yoga class that includes Laughter exercises, breathwork and meditation. We will have a Sound bath with the Crystal Singing Bowls at the end of class. Just bring your mat and any props you like to support you. Pay-what-you-can, with a sliding scale: FREE to $25. We meet at 51st Ave. South and South Ferdinand Street in Seattle. See you in the Park!
