Eastside Outdoor Fitness is a friendly, tight knit outdoor training community based in East London parks.
We deliver structured, coach led sessions that combine bodyweight strength, cardio, and functional movement. Our training is challenging, fun, and scalable for all abilities. You will work hard, be supported throughout, and leave feeling stronger, fitter, and energised.
We firmly believe this style of outdoor training delivers the best results. It is simple, effective, and proven, with clear progression over time and real coaching at every session.
Our weekend sessions are a great entry point, while midweek training is available for those who want to train more consistently and see long term results.
Every two weeks we also run a free lower intensity taster session in Victoria Park. This is a relaxed introduction to Eastside and our approach, suitable for beginners, those returning to exercise, people recovering from injury, or older adults. From there, you can choose the path that suits you best, either joining our main group or a more foundational style of training.
