Urbanism book club: catch-up series

Join us for another "catch-up" book club meeting! We will again have a silent reading session, and you can either pick a book on urbanism you've been meaning to read forever, like The Death And Life Of Great American Cities by Jane Jacobs, or this month's pick by Liveable Kirkland, Strawberry Days: The Rise And Fall Of a Japanese-American Community by David Neiwert, or something else entirely! Audiobooks are welcome too, and if you need inspiration, take a look at Liveable Kirkland's recommendations or this massive reading list.
Location: Paris Baguette in Redmond (8065 161st Ave NE), easily accessible from 2 Line (Downtown Redmond Station) or Redmond Transit Center and from Sammamish River Trail if you are coming by bike.
Schedule:
- 6:30–7:00 p.m. — introductions
- 7:00–8:00 p.m. — reading
- 8:00–8:30 p.m. — chatting about whatever we've just read or want to read
