What we’re about

This group is for anyone in the East Valley interested in meeting new friends and looking for fun and interesting things to do. Movies, dinners, happy hours, wine tasting, day trips. Come on out and join us for an event and meet new people. If you have any suggestions for an event, please let us know!

This is a social group. We are not trying to sell you anything and we don't want to buy anything from you. This group is a chance to get out and meet people and have some fun.

Please upload a recent picture of you as your profile picture so we can recognize you at events. Some events will be reservation, limited RSVP. If you are on the wait list, that means you plan to attend. Please take the time to keep your RSVP updated. Three no-shows within a six month period may get you removed from the group.

The chef-driven menu is rooted in the Italian Mediterranean style of cooking with dishes that feature only the freshest ingredients and recipes that have been handed down for generations, as well as luxury wine offered by the bottle imported directly from Italy.

I got a good deal on Groupon for an escape room, so if you have always wanted to try this fun event, let's do it!

I have booked the Legend of the Lost Dutchman escape room. The difficulty is novice so we have a fighting chance of getting out. The description is: Your History Professor, Dr. Waltz, a descendant of the Superstition Mountain Miner, may have a critical piece of the map to the Lost Dutchman’s Gold. Examine his office, follow the clues, and locate the map before he returns from class or you will be going to jail instead of prospecting.

Cost is $18/per person. No other people in the room with us, just us friends. Please pay me cash at the event. Once we escape the room, if we are hungry, let's go grab something to eat!

Buddha's Brew Coffee Cafe, Mesa, AZ
Come join us for coffee, conversation and connection at Buddha’s Brew, one of my favorite local spots. It’s got a relaxed, comfortable vibe, great food and the kind of seating where you can settle in and enjoy good company.

Breakfast and lunch menu are served all day, plus coffee, tea, smoothies and YoDonuts (my personal favorite). Link to their menu: Buddha’s Brew Menu.

Within walking distance of Pioneer Park and the Mesa Temple Gardens - such a lovely, peaceful area.
