Let's enjoy a relaxing Sunday morning with yoga! The Upward Light Healing yoga studio offers a community drop-in class on Sundays from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. $5 cash. Zero experience required.
There are yoga mats, towels, and blocks to borrow from the studio if you do not already own one. There is parking at the lot of the yoga studio and extra parking nearby at the parking garage across from the studio. No registration needed before hand, just show up 15 minutes before class starts, to get checked in. Grab your water and yoga mats and let's "namaste" together!

After we all feel stress free from the yoga session, if anyone is interested, we can meet up for either coffee, donuts, or breakfast sandwiches at Outcast Donuts (about a 3 minute walk from the yoga studio parking lot). Their Dirty Chai is awesome!
