Welcome to the Eastside Walking & Plogging meetup!
This group, in operation since 2021, is geared toward all who have an interest in taking walks together on the Eastside and/or cleaning up trash along the way.
Our most consistent event is our morning walk each Saturday which takes us from Downtown Bellevue Park to Meydenbauer Park (and back), but stay turned for more!

Hello everyone!
On Saturday, September 20th, please join us for a morning walk in Downtown Bellevue! We will walk from Downtown Bellevue Park to Meydenbauer Bay Park, then slowly loop back to the Downtown Park.
Once we're back at the Downtown Park, there may still be some time left, so in that case we'll keep walking around the park (it's a circle) until it's 10:00, at which point we will part ways and everyone can then go on to enjoy the rest of their Saturday.Let's meet at the fountain at the NORTH entrance to the Downtown Bellevue Park at 9:00. The fountain is located at the north entrance to the park on NE 4th Street.
From there we'll hang out for 5 minutes or so to allow time for people to find us. At 9:05, we will start walking.
The plan is to walk whether it's raining or shining, so please bring an umbrella/raincoat/poncho if it looks like it'll be necessary.
Parking is available at Bellevue Downtown Park - Southern Parking Lot.
