Where passion meets purpose, and dancers rise—at any age.
The Ladies of LaVida Team is built for women with a drive to grow into strong, confident, and high-level performers—even if they didn’t start dancing young. Through consistent training and dedication, dancers develop technical strength and stage-ready choreography in a supportive, empowering environment.

🌟 What to Expect:
Our dynamic classes blend stretching and cardio with a variety of dance styles including Latin/Ballroom Fusion, Jazz, and Jazz Funk. From September through June, the team learns two performance-ready routines for live events, plus a summer choreography project designed for video production.

🌟 Performance Opportunities:
Members will showcase their talent at local events, LaVida’s annual production, studio recitals, and video shoots.

🌟 Who Can Join?
Pre-requisite: Beginner (not newcomer) to intermediate-level dance experience in any style. A passion for dance, willingness to learn, and commitment to team rehearsals are essential.

🌟 How to Join:
Sign up for a Try-Out Class ($40) during our open enrollment in September or February. After class, you and the instructor will assess whether you are a good fit for the team.

🤩 Dress Code:
Please wear comfortable clothing and clean-soled shoes. Socks or bare feet are welcome too! To protect our dance floor, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing shoes that have been worn outdoors.
