Memberhip Fees for the period 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026

Hi 🙂, This is a copy of an email that I sent out to all members yesterday, for the benefit of anyone who may not have seen it.

Dear Member,

At the start of September I paid my group organiser fee to Meetup, which this year amounted to £279.99. I wrote to all members of the East Sussex Walking group in August advising that this year's £5 Annual Membership Fee for the period 1st September 2025 through to 31st August 2026 was due by the 1st September. Thank you very much if you have now paid this. If you have not done so and wish to remain in the group, please do so as soon as possible. Anyone who has not paid by the 30th September 2025 will be removed from the group. If you do find yourself removed from the group because of this, you are of course welcome to rejoin on payment of your membership fee. New members or returning members will have 7 days to pay their subscription or be removed from the group. No person will be permitted to commence a walk with the group if they haven't paid their £5 annual fee. Guests of members will be charged £2 per walk but are encouraged to join the group where possible.
