Please ignore any information that was announced indicating that
this event is planned for November. It is not, it is taking place on Sunday 3rd May

The Event:
A circular walk of about 7.5 miles starting in Skippers Hill (west of Mayfield) and covering an area mainly north of the village. We will walk through some beautiful countryside including part of Lady Rothermere's estate. We will also walk through the grounds of a hall that once belonged to a 'princess'.
We will walk at a medium pace. We will stop and take a 20 minute break during the walk. There will not be an opportunity to purchase food along the way, so please bring a packed lunch if you wish to eat anything when we take the break.
🐕 Sorry but this walk is not suitable for dogs.

**This walk is strictly for Members of the 'East Sussex Walking' Meetup group and their guests. If you wish to join this walk and are not currently a paid-up member of this group, you must register a profile on Meetup.com and send an application to join this group and have it accepted, and pay the annual group membership fee of £5, before attending the event. If you cannot get parked close to the assembly point, try driving along Criers Lane to the road named Queensmount where you should find space further up.
