DEVILS HOLE TO SIX FOOT TRACK (14KM) MEDIUM/HARD-GRADE 4

Details

This walk combines the Devils Hole to Nellies Glen part of the Six Foot Track, visiting a series of lookouts along the way. From Katoomba station we begin a walk up Narrow Neck Road to Boars Head and Cahills Lookout before we begin a (400M) steep rock scramble down the rough Devils Hole trail until we reach the horse ranch along the link to the Six Foot Track where we have lunch. The Devils Hole is a huge boulder, incredibly wedged between two cliffs which we descend under. After lunch we begin a gradual (400M) ascent up Nellies Glen canyon passing waterfalls until we reach the Cliff Top Track which we follow back to Katoomba station, finishing the walk by 4:00pm.
