The autumn foliage season is coming to an end at Mt. Odaigahara.
We’ll hike through the quiet late-autumn scenery, visiting Mt. Hidegatake and Daijagura.

After the hike, we plan to stop at an onsen ♨️
This will be a full-day event due to the long travel time.

📢 Club Rules & Organizer Policy
To ensure safety and maintain a positive atmosphere, participation may be denied or membership may be terminated without prior warning or individual explanation.

⚠️ Examples of Rule Violations
・No-shows or last-minute cancellations
・Dangerous or disruptive behavior
・Failure to follow the organizer’s instructions or club rules
・Attempting to negotiate exceptions or special treatment
・Posting photos of other members on social media without permission

⚠️ Requirements — Approval Required

・At least 5 previous hiking events with our club
・No history of no-shows or late arrivals
・Participants will be selected by the organizer from the waiting list (not first-come, first-served)
・Those who have acted against the organizer’s policies at previous events will not be approved

※ Joining at the location without approval or attempting to change the rules may result in removal from the club or being denied participation in future events.

・Maximum: 6 people (including organizer)
・Walking time: Approx. 4 hours + breaks
・Distance: Approx. 8 km
・Elevation gain/loss: Approx. 400 m
・Difficulty: 3–5 / 10

📋 How to Join

  1. Join the waiting list
  2. Wait for a message from the organizer
  3. Attend a regular event and pay the deposit
  4. After payment is confirmed, you will be added to the participant list

💰 Participation Fee

・Planning & organization: ¥2,000
・Transportation: ¥4,000
・Total: ¥6,000
👉 Deposit: ¥3,000 in advance
👉 Remaining ¥3,000: Event day

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

・Up to 7 days before → Full refund
・Less than 7 days before → Deposit becomes the cancellation fee
・No-show / late arrival → No refund
・Organizer cancellation / bad weather → Full refund
・Refunds will be processed at a regular event

💺 Carpool Seating

The organizer will decide the seating arrangement for both trips.
Seat requests or changes cannot be accommodated.
If you cannot accept this rule, please do not join.

※ Times may change depending on weather and the group’s pace.

🧳 What to Bring
・At least 1L of water (vending machines available at the parking area)
・Lunch / snacks
・Rainwear
・Gloves
・Warm clothing
・Trekking poles (optional)

🌧️ Weather
・Cancelled in case of heavy rain or severe weather
・Cloudy weather or light rain → Event will normally proceed
・The route or event may be changed if conditions are unsafe

紅葉シーズンの終わりを迎えた大台ヶ原。
晩秋ならではの静かで趣のある景色の中、日出ヶ岳や大蛇嵓を巡るハイキングです。

下山後は温泉へ立ち寄る予定です♨️
移動時間も長いため、終日イベントとなります。

📢 クラブルール・主催者方針
安全管理とクラブの良好な雰囲気を維持するため、事前警告や理由説明なく、参加不可・退会処置とする場合があります。

⚠️ 違反行為の例
・ノーショーや直前キャンセル行為
・危険行為や迷惑行為
・主催者の指示やクラブルールに従わない行為
・例外や特別扱いを求める交渉行為
・他のメンバーの写真を許可なくSNSに投稿する行為

⚠️ 参加条件（承認制）
・当クラブのハイキングイベントに5回以上の参加経験がある方
・ノーショー・遅刻がない方
・参加者はウェイティングリストの中から主催者が選定します（先着順ではありません）
・過去のイベントで主催者の方針に反する行為があった方は承認されません

※承認なく現地合流したり、ルールを変更しようとする行為は、今後の参加不可・退会処置となる場合があります。

・参加人数：最大6名（主催者含む）
・歩行時間：約4時間＋休憩
・距離：約8km
・累積標高：約400m（登り・下り）
・難易度：3–5 / 10

📋 参加方法

  1. ウェイティングリストへ入る
  2. 主催者からの連絡を待つ
  3. 通常イベントに参加し、デポジットを支払う
  4. 入金確認後、参加者リストへ追加

・企画運営費：¥2,000
・交通費：¥4,000
・合計：¥6,000
👉 デポジット：事前に¥3,000
👉 残り¥3,000：イベント当日に支払い

⚠️ キャンセルポリシー
・7日前まで → 全額返金
・7日前を過ぎてキャンセル → デポジットをキャンセル料とします
・ノーショー／集合時間に遅刻 → 返金なし
・主催者側の中止／悪天候 → 全額返金
・返金はレギュラーイベント参加時に行います

往復ともに座席は主催者が決定します。
座席の指定や変更希望には対応できません。

🌧️ 天候について
・大雨・悪天候の場合は中止
・曇りや小雨程度であれば開催予定
・危険と判断した場合はルート変更または中止する場合があります
