15.15-15.45: walking from dazhi MRT station to dazhi bridge
15.45-16.00: giving coupon, payment amd sharing the group
16.00-17.00 : GAMES
17.00-17.30 : set up BBQ preparation
17.30-21.30: BBQ PARTY
21.30-22.00: cleaning the area
22.00 : go back to yuanshan MRT

2. Mosquito repellent
3. Anti UV/ hat
4. Mat for picnic or newspaper
5. Snack to be shared together especially moon festival snack or pomelo (optional)

FYI
1. If you are vegetarian you are welcome to join but it should be waiting for 10 ppl.
2. I already paid for the BBQ. Yiu have to pay your deposit 200 NTD transfer to me first. Since you click “going” on meet up, please dont cancel it because i have to pay and prepare everything.
3. You are welcome to bring wine or beer 🍺
4. I will provide BBQ SET (look at the menu and equipment below on photo section)

5. 400 NTD price is for BBQ, equipment and my transportation for buying the stuff and delivery.

6. CLEAN UP TOGETHER after finish

7. Since you pay your deposit, if you cancel, you cannnot taker your money back.
