EASY HIKING AND SNORKELING IN BITOJIOU

Snorkeling and hiking on the same day. If you don’t want to hike, you can only do snorkeling or if don’t want to do snorkeling you can just sit and enjoy the scenery then we go hiking together.

09.00-09.24 : line up in car 8/9 platform 4B
09.20-10.28 : taking local train to Ruifang number 4162
10.23-10.30 : walking to bus stop
10.35- 11.08 : taking TAXI (4 ppl)
Since I always have so many ppl join, we cannot go by bus because it’s not enough and it’s waiting so long. It’s better by taxi. Don’t worry, a lot of taxis parking there.
11.08-11.30 : walking to snorkeling area rental shop
11.30-12.00: changing clothes and renting snorkeling equipments
12.00-13.30: snorkeling time
13.30-14.00: taking shower and changing clothes
14.00-15.00: lunch
15.00-17.00 : hiking in bitoujio (we will visit the fancy cafe on the mountain with sea view and have afternoon tea or drink, ice cream)
16.45-17.09: line up for bus
17.09:17.36: taking bus 856
18.04-18.51: taking local train to taipei main station
If we cannot reach the bus 856, we have to take bus 791 with this schedule at 17.52 (we cannot be late!)
17.30-17.52 : line up for the bus
17.52-18.50: taking bus 791 to Keelung train station
19.14-20.00: taking local train to hukou arrive in taipei main station at 19.57.

What should you bring?




1. Snorkeling equipments (if you have your own)
2. Towel + soap, shampoo, etc
3. Yo-yo card or easy card with money around 200 NTD for transportation
4. Snack and water 1,5L
5. UV protection / umbrella
6. IMPORTANT : to avoid stomach cramping, please have your breakfast before doing snorkeling. We will have late lunch.

EXPENSES :
1. Taipei main station to Ruifang station is 64NTD
2. Ruifang to taipei main station is 49 NTD
3. Ruifang to bitoujio by taxi 400 NTD for 4 ppl
4. Snorkeling rental equipment:
• snorkeling suit 150 NTD
• life vest 55 NTD
• goggles 50 NTD
• shoes for swimming 50NTD
• taking shower with warm water 55 NTD
5. Lunch 100-200 NTD
