Cycle & Picnic @ Remich. 71km total.

What we will do together
1. Cycle from Luxembourg gare (front of Police station) to Remich (about 28km)
2. Have a picnic at Remich.
3. Cycle from Remich to Trier HBF train station (about 43km).

If we maintain an average speed of about 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour picnic at Remich), we can finish the ride in 5 hours and 30 minutes.

Guilty pleasures after the ride?
There are several cafes and pubs near Trier HBF. We can relax with some drinks/treats after the ride.

How to prepare
Do carbohydrate loading for 2 to 3 days before the event.

Getting home from ride finishing point (Trier)
There are trains from Trier to Luxembourg Gare every 30 minutes.
Note: Trains from Trier to Luxembourg cost 6 Euros 40 cents.

What to bring
1. Your bike in tip top condition (all bike types are welcome).
2. Energy snacks.
3. Lots of fluids to stay hydrated.
4. Packed food for the picnic. Alternatively, there are many restaurants at Remich, if you wish to order food.

The organizer will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for damages to the property or the health (including cycling injuries) of the participants.
The organizer will be responsible for navigating the cycle route from the start point to the finish point.
