Cycle & Picnic @ Schengen. 66km total.

What we will do together
1. Cycle from Luxembourg gare (front of Police station) to Schengen (about 30km)
2. Have a picnic at Schengen.
3. Cycle from Schengen to Wasserbillig gare (about 36km).

If we maintain an average speed of 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour picnic at Schengen), we can finish the ride in 5 hours.

How to prepare
Do carbohydrate loading for 2 to 3 days before the event.

Getting home from ride finishing point (Wasserbillig gare)
There are trains from Wasserbillig to Luxembourg Gare every 20 minutes. Also, there are buses going to other directions.

What to bring
1. Your bike in tip top condition (all bike types are welcome).
2. Energy snacks.
3. Lots of fluids to stay hydrated.
4. Packed food for the picnic. Alternatively, there cafes and a fuel station nearby, for snacks.

If you decide to participate in this event, you are responsible for your own property and health. This distance (66km) requires high exercise tolerance/endurance/fitness.

The organizer will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for damages to the property or the health (including cycling injuries) of the participants.
The organizer will be responsible for navigating the cycle route from the start point to the finish point.
