Easy Yoga with Nick

Warm and welcoming Sunday yoga meetup for all levels.

We will meet at the spot, set the stage for a good practice with an easy inicial meditation. Main course is a slow hatha yoga flow, followed by pranayama techniques to open the mind for a beautiful guided meditation. Shavasana and self-massage in the end, targeted to set our focus to the body and cleanse the mind.

I will be carefully picking up asanas to ensure safe and comfortable practice for all levels.

The guidance is available in English and Spanish. Please bring your own mat, water, sunscreen and some cover.
