• What we'll do
We'll break down Dr. Barnard's presentation about his new book, "Your Body in Balance," where he offers new hope for people struggling with health issues. We'll review the strategic dietary changes he recommends that can lead toward pain relief, weight control and a lifetime of good health. There will NOT be a pot luck at this meeting

• What to bring
Bring water, a notebook & pen, hand sanitizer, tissues and an open mind :)
