I'm excited to welcome a new speaker who is also a relatively new member of our group, Madhava Das. "Dasa" will share his message of good health in this timely presentation, "The Impossible Dream: How to Lose Holiday Weight Gain & Keep it Off Permanently." Dasa received his Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell University and is a passionate activist in promoting a whole foods plant based lifestyle.
• What to bring
Please feel free to bring a minimally processed, low fat, whole food, plant based recipe from ForksOverKnives.com or Engine 2 or the Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease cookbook. If you don't cook, please help with set-up or clean up. Bring water, a notebook & pen and an open mind :)
