Special Theme Series: Goose Time!

It's time for our annual goose dinner at Brasserie Ganymed !

As usual, a whole goose can be ordered in advance for 4 people. It will be carved at the table and comes with all the traditional trimmings of green and red cabbage, and semolina dumplings. Please let me know if you would like to share when signing up.

Otherwise you can always order an individual crispy goose leg. No obligations.
