Working directly with organic farmers and foragers, an incredible 99% of what hits your plate—and even your cocktail—is grown or harvested right here in British Columbia and Western Canada. In their zero-waste kitchen, things like stems, skins, and pits are brilliantly repurposed into complex sauces, oils, and garnishes, meaning every single ingredient is celebrated to its fullest potential.

• My credit card is used to hold a reservation.
• If you cancel under 48 hours or are a no-show the restaurant will charge my credit card $25.

Your Commitment To Attend:

• After signing up to attend, your seat will be confirmed only after you etransfer a $25 commitment deposit.
• When you show up you will get $25 in cash or I will etransfer you the next day after the event.

Your Cancellation

• If you cancel under 48 hours your $25 deposit is not refundable. This is to cover the restaurant charge.

Host Cancellation:

• Minimum 6 members and guests required or this social event MAY be canceled or resceduled.
• If I cancel or reschedule the event, your deposit will be fully refunded.
