Virtual Vacation: Morocco and Tagine Cooking Class

Your first thought of Morocco may be Casablanca, but there really is so much more! Join us as virtually we explore some of Morocco’s sights, scents, and sounds at the crossroads of Arab, Berber, and Mediterranean civilizations.

Following our presentation, we’ll participate in a Tagine cooking class brought to us live from the cooking school at La Maison Arabe in Marrakech! We’ll learn the step-by-step secrets of authentic Moroccan Kefta from our dadas (traditional Moroccan cooks), using modern, everyday kitchen equipment to make this authentic recipe passed down from generation to generation.
