If i were to describe Malaysian food I’d describe it as a vibrant and diverse cuisine, characterized by its fusion of Malay, Chinese, and Indian flavors, with a rich tapestry of spices and aromatic ingredients.
It's known for dishes that balance sweet, sour, spicy, and savory notes, often using coconut milk, lemongrass, turmeric, and tamarind. Rice and noodles are staples, and the cuisine is also famous for its street food scene with a wide variety of affordable and flavorful dishes.
We will each order dishes and share family style. Cash only. approx $50 per person.
