I will be there to host an official Crunchy Moms of Athletes meet up for the networking portion of the evening starting at 5:45 pm! I have personally attended the high performance nutrition workshop that will start at 6:15 pm and it is PACKED full of cutting edge research on gaining the advantage in athletics and life plus strategies for prevention of injuries, sickness, overtraining, and chronic long term damage. Tickets are $10 per adult and any young athletes (recommended ages 10 through college) are free!
