Eat! Drink! Laugh! Social Events Vancouver Meetup Group community brings together like-minded members who enjoy discovering the best that Metro Vancouver has to offer—from live entertainment and theatre performances to concerts, sporting events, wine tastings, day trips, upscale restaurants and unique local experiences.
Whether it's enjoying a cocktail at an upscale lounge, discovering a new favourite restaurant, attending a sold-out show, or simply connecting with new friends over a memorable experience, we create opportunities to stay engaged, social, and adventurous.
Our goals are to inspire meaningful connections, shared experiences, and lifelong friendships through member-driven events, entertainment, dining, and activities for adults aged 45+, 50s and 60s.

Membership:
After you press "Join Group" please read more information about membership and fees. After you read the information you will be able to either continue finishing the steps to join the group or cancel your request to join.
Membership Fees:
Members contribute to help pay for the annual meetup platform cost. Any additional remaining funds will slightly compensate the organizer for their time, planning, effort and event expenses incurred in running and attending every hosted event even if not all the members attend all the events, the host must attend and still incur expenses.
Members who do not pay their membership fee can be removed from the group anytime without notice.

We provide a fun community that is safe and welcoming.
Treat everyone (this includes members, owners, venue staff and guests) in a respectful and welcoming fashion. No bullying, harassment, antagonizing, aggression, accusations, demeaning or rude behavior or insults towards any member. No member is permitted to distress other members, encourage drama and friction amongst members, and/or spoil members enjoyment with the group and at events. These behaviors will not be tolerated and immediate expulsion from this social group is possible.
Respect Volunteer Organizers:
They do their best and aim to deliver good value and great shared experiences. Please show respect and appreciation to all the volunteer organizers and owners for their time and effort.
Safety:
You will be responsible for your own safety and well being at all events. Organizers and Hosts, cannot be held responsible for your participation in any event.
