Eat, Play, Laugh! 50+ Social Vancouver is designed for active adults who believe life should become more exciting with age. Our community brings together like-minded members who enjoy discovering the best that Metro Vancouver has to offer—from live entertainment and theatre performances to concerts, festivals, sporting events, wine tastings, day trips, and unique local experiences.

Whether it's enjoying a cocktail at an upscale lounge, discovering a new favourite restaurant, attending a sold-out show, or simply connecting with new friends over a memorable experience, we create opportunities to stay engaged, social, and adventurous.

Code of Conduct:
We provide a fun community that is safe and welcoming.

Treat everyone (this includes members, owners, venue staff and guests) in a respectful and welcoming fashion. No bullying, harassment, antagonizing, aggression, accusations, demeaning or rude behavior or insults towards any member. No member is permitted to distress other members, encourage drama and friction amongst members, and/or spoil members enjoyment with the group and at events. These behaviors will not be tolerated and immediate expulsion from this social group is possible.

Respect Volunteer Organizers:
They do their best and aim to deliver good value and great shared experiences. Please show respect and appreciation to all the volunteer organizers and owners for their time and effort.

Safety:
You will be responsible for your own safety and well being at all events. Organizers and Hosts, cannot be held responsible for your participation in any event.

Membership:
The first year annual price of membership is $36. This is equal to $3 per month or about the cost of 1 cup of coffee. Please send your membership fee upon joining the group.
This fee will help pay for the annual meetup membership. The remaining funds (if any) slightly compensates the organizer for their time, planning, effort and event expenses incurred in running and attending every hosted event even if not all the members attend all the events, the host must attend and still incur expenses.
