To all my fellow travel enthusiasts! I will be traveling to Nicaragua in October and I'm checking to see if there is any interest for me to open the trip up to a small group of adventurous individuals :) I've spent a lot of time in Nicaragua over the past 7 years, so I'm pretty familiar with the destination and have built solid relationships with many of the locals. It's one of my favorite places to visit and I'd love to share this beautiful country with you!

If you are looking for an authentic, off the beaten path experience but don't feel comfortable going on your own...here's your opportunity to get out there and safely explore a less visited destination without the stress of researching, planning and figuring everything out.

The country is still fairly underdeveloped and new to tourism, thus offering you the opportunity to fully immerse in the local culture and connect with local communities.

I'm looking at the last week in October and below is the tentative itinerary:

• 3 nights - Granada
• 3 nights - Island of Ometepe
• 2 nights - San Juan del Sur

Tentative Activities:

• City tour of Granada
• Boat tour of islands surrounding Granada
• Visit an active volcano
• Learn about traditional process of making ceramics
• Waterfall hike
• Kayaking
• Visit a natural mineral pool

And more!

Max group size would be 10.
