## 🌱 Eat Well Basildon – Food, Mood & Energy in Community
Eat Well Basildon is a supportive, community-led food and wellbeing programme where people come together to eat well, learn, and feel better — without judgement or pressure.
Across 7 weeks, we explore simple, realistic food habits that support mood, energy, blood sugar balance and everyday life, in a warm, inclusive space.
This is not a diet and not about perfection.
It’s about real food, real life, and real community.
