Firestone is still doing their fireworks on the 4th of July (http://www.ci.firestone.co.us/Departments/communityEvents/4atFirestone.html), so let's head up north. We'll grab some Mexican food and then wander over to Miner's Park to see the fireworks. If we find a nice hill we may stop there instead, so we'll play that part by ear.
The restaurant has changed their name from ChoCho's to Pico de Gallo. It has all the usual Mexican items as well as a full bar, so we'll be able to get happy before the light show. They don't have a Web site but you can see some pictures and read some reviews at their Yelp page (http://www.yelp.com/biz/chochos-firestone) where they get four out of five stars.
