DTLA: "Last Call" at Cole's French Dip (Will Shutter after Service on August 2)

Details
IMPORTANT NOTE: DUE TO TOO MANY LAST-MINUTE RSVP CANCELLATIONS RECENTLY: ANYONE WHO CANCELS WITH LESS THAN 72-HOUR NOTICE, NO SHOWS, OR ARRIVES MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WILL BE PLACED ON A 2-MONTH PROBATION AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND ANY EVENTS DURING THAT PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
Nothing lasts forever, and certainly not in LA. Cole's French Dip will close its doors for good after service on August 2, 2025. Cole's French Dip first opened in 1908, and they created a little controversy for rebutting The Original Philippe's claim to be the first in LA to create and sell the French Dip Sandwich.
I like their French Dip Sandwich and feel that we should pay them one last visit before they're gone.
