CHINATOWN: $68 DineLA Restaurant Week Modern Chinese Dinner at Firstborn

At Firstborn, he will serve his interpretation of Chinese American cuisine, inspired by his parent’s history in Beijing, summer trips across China, and his childhood in Georgia and Miami. Chef Wang has opened up his new restaurant at the former Pok Pok location at the Mandarin Plaza on the north side of Chinatown, where he serves his modern interpretation of Chinese food. His DineLA Restaurant Week $68 6-course tasting, which includes Wood Ear Mushrooms, Tofu Dumplings, Corn Congee, Short Rib and a dessert.

EVENT INFORMATION:

• Meet by the entrance to the restaurant shortly before our 7:00 pm reservation. Please don't be late, as they will not seat us until the entire party is present.

• Cost per person is expected to be about $91.00 or more, which includes tax, 18% gratuity, 3% surcharge to provide the back of the house competitive wages, and any beverages or additional food you may order. • Validated parking is available in the parking lot just to the north of the shopping mall. Street parking is also available, your only options. Please read all signs for any parking restrictions.
