A community in Contra Costa County for anyone interested in clean eating, simple living, and mindful walking.
Most of us eat whole foods, gluten-free, soy-free, and organic. We meet up for things like local walks, farmers’ market visits, recipe swaps, and relaxed chats about whole foods based living.
