This time Eat With China is heading to Yao Tai Si Ji Shuan : A traditional Chinese Hot Pot restaurant. Authentic coal fire bronze Pot,the top Hot Pot restaurant in the southern part of Beijing with genuine Beijing flavor. Come and See the Chef preparing the lamb with your own eyes. The manager will explain the traditional Beijing Hot Pot culture. For those unfamiliar with Eat With China, our goal is to bring people together, help them to discover the local specialties in China, and make friends at the same time.
